A few things worth knowing
"I've never done Pilates or Yoga before."
Perfect starting point, actually. Our instructors are used to teaching beginners, and because classes are properly coached, you'll learn faster here than anywhere else you could start.
"I'm not sure I need an osteo assessment."

Michelle previously worked at Collingwood Football Club as an Osteopath with the AFLM, Magpies Netball and was part of the inaugural AFLW staff as Osteopath and Rehab Coordinator.
Michelle currently splits her time at the clinic at the High Performance Manager at Northern Knights Girls in the Coates Talent League, as well as the 2023 VFLW Premiers, Port Melbourne Borough as the Strength & Conditioning Manager.
