Health & Performance

If you’ve never been here before and you’re ready to work on your health and fitness, the best place to start is a Health and Performance Initial Consult.

This is our bread and butter. It’s exactly why we exist - this consult allows us to get to know what your health and fitness dreams are, why you haven't reached them yet and how we can help get you there. It's broken up into two parts; 1. A medical screen and movement assessment with an Allied Health Practitioner and 2. A goal Setting and Performance Testing session with an S&C Coach.

Once we've gathered all this info, we can recommend which membership is best suited to get you where you want to go! This might be a combo of all of our services, or just one or two. We also might recommend you see one of our Practitioners for a little while before you enter a group training setting. We want to ensure you’re getting exactly what you need - and for some people that’s some one on one attention to their body to begin with!

Injury Rehabilitation

If you’re looking for injury rehab, whether it’s a sports injury or long term pain, your best bet is to book an Injury Assessment Initial Consult. This means we can better understand your needs straight away. We still want to get to know you and what you want to achieve with us, and we’ll also make sure we’re ready to assess where you sit along the rehabilitation continuum.

Studio Classes + Recovery

If you just love the calm environment of Yoga, Mat Pilates and our recovery equipment, you can sign up to our Studio + Recovery Membership and get started straight away. Just call us on 9372 1112.

Allied Health Appointments

If you train elsewhere, or the gym isn’t your thing and you just want to see an Allied Health Practitioner for treatment and advice, go straight ahead and book an Initial Consult with them directly. All of our practitioners bio’s can be accessed via the menu.

Our recovery space, consisting of an infrared sauna, recovery boots, and yoga studio, is the perfect area for you to zen out and ensure your body is ready for the training ahead.

We enhance athletic performance by assessing how your body moves, identifying strengths or restrictions, and coaching you through an individualised program specific to your needs and goals.
