At Motus Life we enhance your athletic performance by assessing how your body moves, identifying any strengths or restrictions, and coaching you through an individualised program specific to your needs and goals.

You'll first have a one-on-one consult with one of our Osteopaths or Physiotherapists, as well as a follow up with one of our Strength & Conditioning Coaches. Together, they’ll prescribe a tailored program specific to your needs and goals, which you’ll be Coached through in a small group setting during the session time of your choice throughout the week.
