What you actually get
Strength Training Sessions
Coached, individualised and specific to you. No mirrors, no aimless sets β just skilled, purposeful training with a coach watching every rep. We're looking at how you move, not just how much you can lift.
Studio Classes
Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga, and Recovery (Infrared Sauna, Ice bath, Recovery Boots) - choose what works for your body and your week. These aren't extras, they're part your weekly plan.
Osteo Led Biomechanics Assessment
Your starting point. We look at the whole picture β how you move, where you've been, what's holding you back β so every session from day one is built around your body. This is what makes Motus different from everywhere else you've tried.
A Coach in Your Corner
One coach, assigned to you. They know your history, track your progress, and adapt the plan as you go. If you go quiet, they'll notice. You will not fall through the cracks.

At Motus Life, you have access to an elite team of practitioners that are capable of applying an all-encompassing approach to your needs.
Michelle previously worked at Collingwood Football Club as an Osteopath with the AFLM, Magpies Netball and was part of the inaugural AFLW staff as Osteopath and Rehab Coordinator.
Michelle currently splits her time at the clinic at the High Performance Manager at Northern Knights Girls in the Coates Talent League, as well as the 2023 VFLW Premiers, Port Melbourne Borough as the Strength & Conditioning Manager.
