21 Days To Feel Like Yourself Again

Not a challenge. Not a bootcamp. A real start β€” coached, structured, and built around your body.

Sound familiar?

You're not unfit. You just….lost routine, motivation, all of the above.

  • You used to train. You keep meaning to get back into it. The gap between intention and actually doing it has somehow become months.

  • You're tired - and you suspect moving more might actually help, but the thought of starting from scratch at some random gym feels exhausting.

  • You've tried the home workouts. You've downloaded the apps. But without someone in your corner, nothing sticks.

  • You're carrying niggles, a tight hip, a grumpy lower back, that shoulder thing, and you're not sure what you can and can't push through.

  • You know what you should be doing. You just need someone to actually lead you through it.

That's exactly what the 21 Day Kick Start is designed for.

Here's what 21 days actually does

Three weeks isn't forever β€” but it's enough time for your body to remember what it feels like to be looked after.

By the end of your 21 days, you'll have:

βœ” A body that moves without the squeaks and creaks (yes, that tightness does shift)
βœ” A training routine that fits your life
βœ” The kind of sleep that comes from genuinely using your body
βœ” Energy that doesn't crash at 2pm
βœ” Confidence in the gym, so you'll know exactly what you're doing and why
βœ” A coach who knows your name, your body, and your goals

No guesswork. No wasted sessions or reps. No staring at equipment wondering what to touch.

What you actually get

Strength Training Sessions
Coached, individualised and specific to you. No mirrors, no aimless sets β€” just skilled, purposeful training with a coach watching every rep. We're looking at how you move, not just how much you can lift.

Studio Classes
Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga, and Recovery (Infrared Sauna, Ice bath, Recovery Boots) - choose what works for your body and your week. These aren't extras, they're part your weekly plan.

Osteo Led Biomechanics Assessment
Your starting point. We look at the whole picture β€” how you move, where you've been, what's holding you back β€” so every session from day one is built around your body. This is what makes Motus different from everywhere else you've tried.

A Coach in Your Corner
One coach, assigned to you. They know your history, track your progress, and adapt the plan as you go. If you go quiet, they'll notice. You will not fall through the cracks.

The Motus Community
WNBL players train alongside 60-year-old women here. Everyone belongs. Everyone gets celebrated. You'll feel it from your first session.

No lock-in beyond this. Just 21 days to remember how good it feels to move well.

A few things worth knowing

"I'm not fit enough to start."
That's not a thing. We've worked with professional athletes and people who haven't trained in a decade β€” in the same room. You start where you are.

"I have an injury / old niggle."
Good β€” actually bring it. Our practitioners and coaches work together every single day. If something's going on in your body, we'd rather know about it on day one.

"I don't have time."
We can work with your schedule. The 21 days is designed to fit real life β€” not a version of your life where you somehow have three free hours a day.

"What if it doesn't work for me?"
Come in and meet us first. If Motus isn't the right fit, we'll tell you honestly.

You've been thinking about this long enough.

Three weeks from now, you could still be thinking about it - or you could already be three weeks in, sleeping better, moving easier, and wondering why you waited.

Move Different.
