Hip Flexor Mobility Series

Our Osteopath's and S&C Coaches prescribe hip flexor exercises frequently!

They need to be lengthened and strengthened!

When you're sitting most of the day, the hip flexors spend the majority of the time shortened. For efficient walking, running, lifting, etc, they need to be able to lengthen to function optimally. Keeping the hip flexors healthy is vital for the body, it helps to enhance blood flow, lymph drainage, and avoid lower back pain, mid back stiffness and hip pain.

If you need a tailored solution more specific to you, book an appointment with one of our Osteopath's.
