Marcus has been an S&C for 4 years now, having built his professional experience working within various teams and sports, he heads up the High Performance Department at the Mighty Northern Knights Football Club in the Coates Talent League.

Having always been passionate about all things sport, he has gone from playing the sports he loves, to coaching local teams, to building his knowledge to become a Strength and Conditioning coach who is dedicated to helping athletes and teams exceed their goals.
