Unilateral Pec Stretch

Osteopath Nicholas Bisetto takes us through a great stretch for our pectoralis muscles! This is perfect for opening up your chest after sitting at your desk all day.

You'll feel a nice stretch through the pec that can help to reduce upper back and neck stiffness. Long term this helps to reduce neck pain and headaches as well!

Try this sporadically throughout the day for 30 to 60 seconds at a time. It's a good way to break up your work day and encourage your thoracic spine to stay mobile. Once a day is great - 2 to 3 times a day is even better.

Our Osteopath's often prescribe this every 3-4 hours, better yet, set an alarm on your phone to remind you to get away from the desk and move about!
