Abbey Watts Exercise Physiology

Sport and exercise have always been a major part of Abbey’s life. She has a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Science and is set to commence her Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology at ACU in 2021. 

Over the past 3 years, Abbey has worked in athlete development as a performance coach. Within her role, she has worked with an extensive range of athletes from youth development to high performance across a wide range of sports. She is also part of the high-performance team with Melbourne University Women’s Football Club as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. 

 Abbey believes that exercise is a long term investment and she takes great pride in her role being able to help people to stay active, move better and create long term habits, that will not only help them achieve their sport and exercise goals, but will enable them to enjoy life to the fullest.
