Yoga
The Team at Motus Life believes you should have access to multiple services to round out your health and well being. Too many people purely do yoga or purely go to the gym. At Motus Life we want you to be able to do both. Our classes include Vinyasa, Yin, and Nidra and are run 6 days a week.
We also offer Trauma informed Yoga. We understand not everyone loves exercise and not everyone feels comfortable in group exercise situations, these classes are for you. For more information on this, please call or email us, we're happy to help.
