Yoga Teacher
Sheridan Gerrard
Yoga Teacher
Sheridan is a vinyasa yoga teacher and contemporary dancer, completing her 200 hour training at Power Living Australia. Her practice is informed by years of exploring as a student, somatic techniques and studying a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Dance). Although the physical is what initially drew her onto the mat, the philosophy is what continues to deepen her interest. Her classes have a strong focus on power, alignment and sequences linking conscious breath to movement.
Kara Burdack
Yoga Teacher
Kara's experience as a yoga teacher has been influenced by her background as a professional contemporary dancer. Having taught in a number of contexts nationally and internationally Kara brings her passion for travelling and learning to share a complete yoga practice, awakening and stimulating total body awareness. Her classes have a strong feminine energy that encourage people to connect with themselves physically, energetically and consciously.

Amelia La Rosa
Yoga Teacher
Amelia’s adoration for yoga goes beyond the physical body. She was first introduced to the practice during her performing arts training and her curiosity continued to expand every day since. With the desire to share yoga in an accessible way, her classes encourage self-study; tuning-in to the present moment, incorporating meditation and pranayama practices. As a student of Naturopathy, Amelia weaves in a conscious connection of the mind and body in every class, to achieve optimal health. You can expect an embodied practice of dynamic, uplifting flows, encouraging each student to be curious in their body while deepening their awareness, embracing intuitive movement, and being completely authentic, always!

Monique Goss
Yoga Teacher
The combination of Monique's studies as an osteopath and yogi have birthed a unique experience for her as a teacher to others.
With extensive anatomical knowledge and an ever-growing curiosity for that which can't be explained by text books, Monique offers both precise alignment and broad contemplation in her yoga lessons.
