Athletic Performance | Strength & Conditioning | Rehabilitation

Motus Life aims to enhance your Athletic Performance by assessing how your body moves, identifying any strengths or restrictions and Coaching you through an individualised program specific to your needs and goals. You'll first have a one on one Consult with one of our Osteopaths that are also experienced Strength and Conditioning Coaches. From there you'll have set session times during the week where you'll be coached, alongside up to 3 others, through your specific program.

At Motus Life we make sure you're getting the most out of your sessions so we want to make sure you're getting the attention you deserve and performing every set to the best of your ability. Sessions are 90mins long and include mobility, running and agility coaching and strength training. 

To start your Strength & Conditioning membership, you'll need a Strength & Conditioning Initial Consult with one of our Coaches!
