Crab Walks

Osteopath and Strength & Conditioning Coach Michelle Andrews guides us through Crab Walks to ensure correct technique and maximum glute activation!

This is great for lateral pelvic stability. We often prescribe this as a way to engage the glutes prior to a running or strength session, as a burner in between exercises or as a rehab exercise for anyone suffering from lower back pain, sacroiliac joint irritation or instability, and hip control.

Start with 3x10 each way and build to 3x20.
