Clocks is an all time favourite for the Osteo's at Motus Life!

It's a great bang for your buck exercise that opens the chest and improves thoracic range of motion by creating length through distraction and rotation.

Life is in front of us. Whether reading, writing, on the computer or scrolling on the phone, we sped most of the time crouched forwards. Make sure you throw this one in to your daily routine especially if you're a desk worker.

Three reps each side every 2-3 hours whilst you're working at home is a great place to start!
