Osteopathy

Osteopathy uses a holistic approach to your body to optimise your health, well being and keep you pain free. At Motus Life we believe Movement is key so as Osteopaths we aim to restore movement and decrease inflammation where it's needed.

 

Our Osteo's also like to use movement as a treatment method so don't be surprised if they get you up and about during your consults. We may even take you on to our gym floor and help to solidify the treatment process by putting your body through specific movements and exercises.

Athletic Performance

Motus Life aims to enhance your Athletic Performance by assessing how your body moves, identifying any strengths or restrictions and Coaching you through an individualised program specific to your needs and goals. You'll first have a one on one Consult with one of our Osteopaths that are also experienced Strength and Conditioning Coaches. From there you'll have set session times during the week where you'll be coached, alongside up to 3 others, through your specific program.

At Motus Life we make sure you're getting the most out of your sessions so we want to make sure you're getting the attention you deserve and performing every set to the best of your ability. Sessions are 90mins long and include mobility, running and agility coaching and strength training. 

Yoga

The Team at Motus Life believes you should have access to multiple services to round out your health and well being. Too many people purely do yoga or purely go to the gym. At Motus Life we want you to be able to do both.  Our classes include Vinyasa, Yin, and Nidra and are run 6 days a week. 

We also offer Trauma informed Yoga. We understand not everyone loves exercise and not everyone feels comfortable in group exercise situations, these classes are for you. For more information on this, please call or email us, we're happy to help.

Meditation

Meditation is a vital part to health and well being. Everyone needs time in their busy lives to take a few minutes and destress, declutter and enjoy a moment of silence.  Motus Life wants to ensure everyone in our community has access to a calm space where they can take time out to reflect and connect with others. We believe Meditation should compliment your weekly practices so we're making sure we provide it, with guidance from our instructors.
