WHAT IS THE COMBINE?
A Combine is a series of Basketball specific Athletic Performance Tests that allow you to showcase your talent!
Do you want to be the best player you can? We can show you where you stack up against other basketball players, and what you need to do to get better!
What we test;
Lane Agility Test
Reactive Strength Index Test (Drop Jump)
Yoyo Fitness Test
Basketball Skills Tests
After the combine you'll get a comprehensive report on how you've performed in each test and where you sit against other players in your age group and position.
You'll also get a program with our advice on how you can improve those results and enhance your game!

We know all about your busy schedule driving to training here and games there so we've designed a flexible membership that maximises access to our Elite Strength & Conditioning Coaches at Motus as well as at home sessions when you can't make it to the gym.
The Youth Athlete Membership includes weekly;
2x Strength & Conditioning Sessions at Motus Life with qualified S&C Coaches
1x At-home Strength session to complete on own
1x Access to Recovery Boots at Motus Life
